The Mountain Castles Soil & Water Conservation District is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of four elected directors and two appointed directors.  Each month public meetings are held on the third Tuesday at 2 p.m. in the United States Department of Agriculture Bonsack Service Center located at 36 Executive Circle, in Roanoke, Virginia. You may call the office for more information about the scheduled meetings.
